Weekend tickets

UPDATE (October 1): Our online preregistration service (courtesy of EEPro) for weekend tickets and competition entry fees will close at 12 noon (Pacific Time) on Wednesday, October 7. At the event, we can only accept payment by cash or personal check.

Please note: Boogie by the Bay is using electronic (paperless) tickets this year. If you pay in advance, your name will be on our event registration check-in list. Simply go to our event registration desk when you arrive, present your identification, and receive your weekend wristband. (Wristbands must be worn on the wrist during the weekend for entry to the event.)

Day passes

Single day and evening passes will be sold at the door. Download at-the-door prices (pdf).

Weekend ticket prices

Adults: $145

Next Generation members+: $130
(for general admission only)

International Overseas residents: $130

Juniors (under 18): $75

Spectators: $75

Your weekend ticket includes FREE admission to ALL workshops in both ballrooms, the Saturday dinner, and the Thursday night workshop and dance. (Competition entry fees must be paid separately.)

+Next Generation members: You may purchase your ticket at a Next Gen dance, or online (see below), or directly from Kim Liu for the $15 member discount. (We will verify that you are a Next Gen member at the time of purchase.) The member discount is for general admission (standing room only). It is not available for table seats.

Paying for weekend tickets

You may make your payment to your local ticket representative or directly to us.

If you are sending your payment directly to us, please include your name(s) for check-in at the event. (If your payment is for a ticket purchased from your local ticket representative, also include a note referencing your group so you are credited correctly.)

Selling your ticket

If you are unable to attend after buying a weekend ticket, you may sell (or give) your ticket to someone else. However, you must contact Kim Liu directly (see contact info below) to confirm the ticket transfer (so we have the correct name on our event registration list).
