The Next Generation Swing Dance Club (the "Club") has adopted a set of Privacy Principles and has implemented those Principles in this Privacy Policy (the "Policy"), which describes how we collect, use, and share personally identifiable information (information that can be used to identify you, such as your full name, email address, mailing address, or telephone number) ("PI") we obtain from and about individuals located in the U.S.
This Policy applies to all the Club's Sites and services owned or provided by the Club (collectively "Club Sites"). New Club Sites, domain names, or services that we add to the Club Sites will be subject to this Policy.
The Club Sites are general audience web sites, and Next Generation Swing Dance Club does not knowingly collect PI from children under 13 years of age.
From time to time we may revise this Policy to reflect industry initiatives or changes in the law, our information collection and use practices, or features of the Club Sites, or technology. If we make revisions that change the way we collect or use your PI, those changes will be posted in this Policy and the update date will be noted at the beginning of this Policy. Therefore, you should review it periodically so that you are up to date on our most current policies and practices. If we materially change our practices regarding use of your PI, your PI will continue to be governed by the Policy under which it was collected unless you have been provided notice of, and have not objected to, the change.
Next Generation Swing Dance Club (the “Club”) welcomes you. The terms and conditions of this Use Agreement ("UA") apply to web sites and interactive services owned or operated by the Club (individually the "Service"; together the "Services"). The UA applies to each visitor to and user of the Services, including unregistered and registered users and paying subscribers (individually "User" and collectively, "Users"). By visiting or using the Services you are agreeing to abide by the UA.
The Club may change the UA at any time and the changes will become effective 15 days after posting the revised UA (the "Effective Date"). You can review the most current version of the UA at any time at www.nextgenswingdance.com. You are responsible for checking periodically for changes and your continued use of the Club Services after the Effective Date indicates your acceptance of the new UA.
There is nice little tool on this site called Snap Shots that enhances links with visual previews of the destination site, interactive excerpts of Wikipedia articles, display inline videos, MP3s and more. The Snap Shots on this site are configured to only display when the link will take you outside of our main site. Internal links do not have the Snap Shot previews.
Sometimes Snap Shots bring you the information you need, without your having to leave the site, while other times it lets you "look ahead," before deciding if you want to follow a link or not.
Should you decide this is not for you, just click the Options icon in the upper right corner of the Snap Shot and opt-out.
